Work with Our Expert Pelvic Health Team

Welcome to Fettle & Fit, a holistic pelvic health company devoted to helping you overcome pelvic issues through hands-on treatment, exercise, meditation, and education.

Fettle & Fit is woman-owned and operated by board certified pelvic health physical therapists. We help patients of all genders at any life stage. Pelvic problems are common and often frustrating. They keep us from not only basic things, but also things we love. We want you to be able to do what you love naturally, without medications or surgery that may not fix the root of your problems.

The Fettle & Fit Difference

What Our Patients Are Saying:

  • "Every postpartum woman needs to come to this practice! As a Physical Therapist myself, I found that I was in great need for the expertise of pelvic PT after a difficult childbirth. Dr. Casey was wonderful and very comprehensive from day one. She really listens and takes a holistic approach to create an individualized treatment plan. It is clear that she is passionate about her field, and she is absolutely an expert in pelvic PT. Highly recommend!"

  • "I tried going other places to help my weak pelvic floor following the birth of my first child but I didn't feel like I was getting any better, or learning anything about connecting with my body. At the recommendation of my OBGYN after my second child, I thankfully found Fettle & fit. Dr. Sarah is incredibly knowledgable and the work we do in the clinic inspires me. I feel like we are a team and she has my best interests at heart always."

  • "I have experienced the best care and healing with Dr. Casey Smith of anyone I have ever been to. I came to her to address urinary incontinence issues, but also rebalanced my entire pelvis and lower back. Her most recent treatment addressed issues I was having in my neck, which alleviated my lower back achiness. Dr. Casey has a true gift in seeing the biomechanics of the body and addressing all of it, because she realizes how integrally our bodies compensate. I could not recommend her more whole-heartedly."
